New Ebola Outbreak in DRC

The government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo declared an outbreak of the Ebola virus on May 8 after lab results confirmed two cases of the highly infectious disease. In response, the World Health Organization – the W.H.O. - is rapidly scaling up its operations throughout the country.
